Identify contacts within HBCUs psychology or education departments (e.g., faculty or student clubs) 
Reach out to HBCU faculty and student organizations outlining our purpose and mission 
Collaborate with faculty and students to schedule an HBCU exposure tour presentation 
Follow up with faculty and students to establish mentorships and share future opportunities
